MELISSA DULLIUS
Self-portrait.Melissa Dullius consistently works with analogue formats and photochemical tools, engaging with cameras, photographic film, 16mm moving image film, projectors, and screens. Her art spans films, animations, installations, textiles, objects, photography, printed matter, performance, and music, creating a combination of experimental and narrative art. Her work, characterized by an accumulation of materials and time, has been exhibited in museums and galleries such as Berlinische Galerie, The Film Gallery in Paris, and SESC-Belenzinho in São Paulo, as well as at festivals and streaming platforms like Berlinale's Forum Expanded and Videobrasil. She co-founded Distruktur along with Gustavo de Mattos Jahn. Melissa lives and works in Berlin.
